I drove up from El Paso because they had a good deal on the vehicle I wanted. Not only was the vehicle I wanted in better condition than I expected, but the overall purchasing experience was great. Saul and Tessi were great to work with. Highly recommended to anyone searching for a used car!

Experienced great customer service today. While visiting my parents for Thanksgiving, they were interested in looking at cars. I took them to Justin's where we had seen some promising vehicles on their web site. We showed up day after the holiday and met Saul. He was very attentive to my dad who uses a walker and he really helped make sure both mom and dad were comfortable with getting in and out, seat adjustments, and other features. He patiently answered our questions and was not a high pressure salesman, which I appreciated. As their designated test driver, I offered my opinion, but let my parents make up their own minds. The paperwork process was relatively easy. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Saul sent me a text so I would have his contact info, and suggested that I save it as "Better Call Saul" which I did. Definitely memorable. Check them out if you're looking for something "new" to you. Oh, they bought a 2024 Chevy Malibu.

Was amazing to work with these guys. Came from Abq, didn’t know what to expect, but when we got there they treated my dad and I like royalty. They even helped us out when we had an issue without payment method and followed us all the way to Los Cruces so we didn’t have to drive back and forth. Straight up, honest, hardworking people who will do all they can they get you the car you need and want! Would recommend 100000 times

Got my car here and its great looking and running! The way they work is 10/10 great customer service friendly workers and best of all they help you out alot! I highly recommend them! Saul was very helpful and informative each step of the way as a 1st time buyer i would highly recommend coming here!

We stopped by to look at pick up trucks with a certain year and price in mind. We were lucky to meet Saul as he was doing some other work by the trucks. Saul's experience and knowledge taught us a lot about the value and cost of trucks. Without being pushy either, he made us feel very comfortable answering every question we had. He was very patient and spent all the time we needed with us to help make our decision. Bottom line, we got a great value on a better truck because of Saul!!! We have received so many compliments on our new truck because at Justin Motors they only have the best pre owned inventory! All the staff was excellent to work with and we even got the registration and license plate really quick.
